The tea farmer is located in Liugui, Kaohsiung, and cultivates Taiwan's unique native tree-typed species using natural farming methods and planting. It is only harvested once a year in the spring, with a very limited yield.
Without the use of pesticides, herbicides or fertilizers, the tea is nurtured with minimal intervention, allowing the flavor to be naturally developed by nature. By understanding the natural growth of the tea trees and establishing their own vitality and wildness, the tea's essence and taste are finally returned to the land.
This tree-typed Oolong is medium fermented, gently rolled, and lightly roasted to preserve its original appearance and flavor.
