Shipping Policy
- You can fill in the following addresses: residential, office, SF express pick up point or SF locker.
- Shipping fee will be indicated on the order but please note that certain delivery address will incur extra cost, e.g. outlying islands or remote area. The extra charges would be collected by the delivery company/staff on the site.
- Our delivery service is available to addresses accessible by elevator only. Otherwise, customer has to receive the goods on G/F or there will be extra cost charged by the delivery company/ staff on the site.
- Due to safety reason, the delivery person of our company may not be able to deliver the goods to the designated address so there's a chance that customer has to receive the goods on G/F.
- Delivery service will be suspended when typhoon signal No.8 or above or a black rain warning is hoisted. In such event, you will be contacted to re-schedule delivery time.
- We will inform you in case of out of stock situation.
- There could be a risk that the goods' appearance or package maybe affected during to the delivery process and in such case, there could be no refund.
- Once confirmed, the delivery date, time and address could not be changed. Please ensure to have someone picking up the goods.
- For any products could not be delivered successfully, we will destroy them after 1 month. There will be no redeliver or refund after 1 month.

Free Shipping Requirement
Shipping Fee of Hong Kong/ Macao：We offer free shipping on orders over HKD300 up to certain weight, unless HKD 30/40/50 per order applies.
Order Processing Time
Order will be taken 2-3 business days. We will not work on Sat, Sun and public holidays.
Order Shipping Time
Delivery typically takes between 3-8 business days.
