Chen Hung Ju is the 3rd generation of this tea farm. Around 10 years ago when he returned to the farm, the first thing he did was to convert their farm to organic cultivation, which is supported by his father. “Eco-friendly growing is not only good for the tea, but also good for nature, for others and for ourselves.” he said.
This Red Oolong tea selected by us is the specialty from Tai Tung, which is also the product for participating in the “Top 10 Outstanding Farmer Award”. This award from the Agriculture Department of Taiwan is to recognise the hard work and contribution of that farmer. The award is given by the president by hand!
