Muzha has been the home of Tie Guan Yin in Taiwan since 18 century. The tea is produced by a small, family-run tea maker, with their tea farm located in the mountain next to the international performance group "U Theatre". Every day, the tea trees have been grown up with the sound of drumming played by the group.
This artisanal tea is harvested by hand and rolled by hand.
