As a source of protein for vegetarians, Tempeh is a food made from fermented soybeans. It is called “The Steak of the Farm”.
There are over 10 types of beans, as well as green bananas and nuts in the ingredients.
The fungus used in the fermentation process for making Tempeh is sourced from the banana leaves grown in Qishan of Taiwan.
Contains the original nutrient values of various beans with high protein and high calcium.
