I am a restless person, unable to sit still, and various thoughts often surge like waves. In the presence of people who "speak at length without getting to the point," an unnamed anger flares up inside me, making me irritated and impatient, wanting to roar.

Recently, however, a friend said that when I make tea, she feels like she wants to "properly enjoy a cup of tea."

I was a bit surprised that I could create such an atmosphere. Ah! It was making tea that changed me.

The way of tea cultivates the mind and nurtures the spirit. I always considered it a quick response to the question "why learn tea-brewing," but, in short, it slowly bore fruit over time.

The world is changing so fast, everyone is in a rush, trying to seize opportunities, afraid of falling behind...

But have we asked ourselves if all these are suitable for us? Is it the right direction? Is it our ultimate aim?

If the foundation is not stable, even if the building is built tall, it will eventually collapse.

Our minds are the same way, swaying with the wind, pursuing various desires recklessly. Even if it doesn't end in total failure, it is enough to leave us exhausted.

As the saying goes, "Knowing when to stop leads to stability, stability leads to tranquility" (from “The Great Learning").

Let's encourage each other!
