The short period of brewing tea at the tea ceremony is like performing on stage. We immerse ourselves, focus intently, and forget about the mundane, all to showcase the most beautiful aspect of that particular tea...

It's often said, "One minute on stage, ten years of practice offstage."

For our tea gathering last year, our classmates practiced for six months to a year.

As for our teacher, he has been learning the art of brewing tea and practicing for over seven years.

Practice isn't mechanical repetition; we need to get to know the tea leaves and befriend them. We must continuously experiment, reflecting and adjusting each time we brew to figure out how to present the tea in a more beautiful and delightful manner.

The amount of tea, the utensils, water temperature, time... Sometimes, when the weather changes, we need to make adjustments based on these factors.

Being the tea host is like being a chef, creating a gourmet meal for the guests right there.

Combined with the design of the tea gathering, we allow everyone to experience an aesthetic feast.

And then, this beautiful memory will forever be etched in the minds and hearts of the guests.
